字段为空字符串表示该上游未返回此信息。

错误响应

状态码	场景
500	上游查询失败
503	没有匹配的可用上游或相同网段查询正在处理
429	触发限流

上游失败时自动重试其他 API，最多重试 3 轮。全部失败才返回 500。
